SATURDAY CARROUSEL LUNCHEON
Sun Dresses, Sneakers & Sun Hats
We are delighted to host a vibrant stroll through the heart of Sacramento’s cultural hub, culminating at the iconic Tsakopoulos Library Galleria. The Galleria’s stunning five-story atrium offers an unparalleled combination of California style and space, designed to maximize the use of natural and artificial light. Its towering glass windows and skylights create an open, outdoor-like ambiance. Adding to its charm are three large glass and steel rings, called Prismatic Coronas, which subtly shift light throughout the immense space. Local art is also featured prominently, showcasing Sacramento’s talented craftsmen.

A Cultural Journey
Your journey begins at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento, where a 10-minute stroll will take you past historic buildings, Cesar Chavez Plaza, and Sacramento’s City Hall before reaching the Library Galleria. Alternatively, you may board a bus departing from the Sheraton and arrive directly at the Galleria’s entryway.
Explore the Library

Adjacent to the Galleria is Sacramento’s largest library. This downtown library serves the community with early education programs, homework assistance, technology training, health literacy, career development, and more. Highlights include the Sacramento Room, which preserves the city’s rich history, and a dedicated African American collection, named after City Council Member Samuel C. Pannell.
Friday Night Enjoy the Golden Sounds of California.
